Le Mirador offers panoramic views of Morzine and the Valley from its wrap around balcony with the outside space being just as impressive as the interior space.

Exterior and Hot Tub
Outside, the balcony is accessed easily by three large sliding glass doors from the lounge. It has a large outside dining area with table and chairs, bbq traditional or gas and outdoor ambient lighting for late dining on a summers evening.
Le Mirador has stairs that access the multi level garden, adorned with mature trees and plants and a flat grass play area.
The high-tech hot tub has crafted wood decking surround, it is situated in an area that is undercover yet still open to enjoy the views whilst relaxing back in the outdoor furniture.
This area can be accessed from the garden or via a door and stairs directly from the bottom floor of the chalet, so you don’t need to step out into the rain or snow to reach the hot tub.
Boot Room
Generous boot room with dryers for boots and gloves, hooks for coats and shelves for helmets and other ski/bike paraphernalia.
The room has an external entrance via the side gate, so that access is easy when you come back with all of your ski equipment. The floor is tiled and has underfloor heating.
